Sarah Kennedy
Sarah Kennedy 's work is influenced by the colorful Sonoran desert as well as the romance and culture of the traditional West. Her favorite subjects are horses and their unique relationships with humans and each other. Sarah has studied drawing and watercolor with artist Larry Wollam for three years and has had two years of private study in oils with artist Chauncey Homer. Additional training includes classes at the Desert Museum Institute of Art, The Drawing Studio in Tucson, Santa Theresa Tileworks and Tucson Art Academy. She has exhibited in the galleries at the Tohono Chul Park, the Arizona Desert Museum, Tucson Botanical Gardens, Tucson International Airport, Empire Ranch 100 show and "In the Company of Cowgirls" show in Oregon. Her work was selected for publication in Ex Arte Equinus 4, Art Horse Magazine in 2011 and won a popular vote award at the Academy of Equine Art 2011Fall juried show. John Kennedy
John Kennedy's photography grew out of a desire to create high quality images while exploring the southwest with his wife Sarah. A lifetime fascination with wildlife expanded his photography to include birds and animals, concentrating on the varied species of the Sonoran Desert. John has studied with fine art photographer Robert Renfrow and had images published by the Tucson Audubon Society. His work can also be seen on the Arizona Sonoran Museum's photography database.
